• powershell doesn't like fast typing?

From daveh471@gmail.com@21:1/5 to All on Thu Jan 30 13:29:02 2020
If I try and change the drive in powershell by typing D: <enter>
it will change to the D: drive.

However if I type the the three keys very quickly it will come up with a
    >> prompt and I have to press enter again.

Any idea what's wrong? I do like to type fast and this problem is an annoyance.

    Here's some example output:
    PS D:\> d:

    PS D:\> e:

    PS E:\> f:
    PS F:\>
    PS F:\> f:
    PS F:\> f:

    PS F:\>

those with the >> I've typed "too fast".
