I'm using office 2010 but only use word 99% of the time.
Ding a longish (for me anyway) bit of work today and to put breaks
between sections i would use the dash key about a dozen times and hit
return and a solid Black line would appear, i was fine with that until i
wanted to get rid of some but i can't seem to do this.
I have google and twice come up with this information here

but it will not work, now i'm stuck with all these lines, am i do
anything wrong if so anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue.
