Release Announcements

This is the last bug-fix release of Samba 4.3. There will be only security updates beyond this point.

Major enhancements in Samba 4.3.12 include:

o Let winbindd discard expired kerberos tickets when built against
(internal) heimdal (BUG #12369).
o REGRESSION: smbd segfaults on startup, tevent context being freed
(BUG #12283).
