• Give away: iBook G4

From Bastian Blank@21:1/5 to All on Fri Apr 2 15:40:02 2021
    Hi folks

I found an old iBook G4, unknown variant, in my pile of older
electronics. Could someone make use of that?

I would need to check if it actually works and that no data is left on
it. It's located near Stuttgart, Germany.

    Regards,
    Bastian

Is the keyboard layout German (QWERTZ) or QWERTY?

I checked it. This is a model A1055, 768MB of DDR RAM installed.

In case you didn't get my mail off-list. I would be interested and
I'm in Berlin so shipping is cheap.

I didn't get that e-mail and I actually forgot to ask you first.

Anyway, you can have it. I won't send the battery, it's a 17 year old
li-ion one in unknown condition and shipping companies don't like this
    kind of fire hazard.

Please send me the shipping details in private.

    Regards,
    Bastian
