I tried to register a Debian bug tracker account. It promised to send a confirmation but never did.
I tried to do it again and it said my e-mail address was already in use.
I pushed the "Forgot my password" button. It promised to send a "reset your password" e-mail, but never did.
The error I tried to report is that the newest libraries for webkitgtk for Buster 10, which were advertised as corrections for security problems, have broken the version of Evolution in Buster 10. Instead of Evolution launching, it now gets
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
what(): std::bad_alloc
A backtrace from running in gdb shows the error happens inside a component of libwebkit2gtk. I have reported this to Milan Crha, one of the Evolution maintainers. He agrees the problem is in the new libraries, not in Evolution.
