OK. That checksum matches what I have here, so the template download
is fine. What happens if you run "export LC_ALL=C" before you start
    jigdo-lite? Your errors:

    jigdo-file: loadlocale.c:130: _nl_intern_locale_data: Assertion `cnt <
    (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))'

    (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))'
    failed.

suggest you might have something broken on your system in the
    localisation setup.

OK, so it seems you need to repair your system's locale
information. I'd recommend you fix that too, as other programs may
well have similar problems if you don't. The following might help:

$ sudo apt install --reinstall locales

OK. That checksum matches what I have here, so the template download
is fine. What happens if you run "export LC_ALL=C" before you start jigdo-lite? Your errors:

    jigdo-file: loadlocale.c:130: _nl_intern_locale_data: Assertion `cnt <
    (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))'
    failed.

    (sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME) / sizeof (_nl_value_type_LC_TIME[0]))'
    failed.

suggest you might have something broken on your system in the
    localisation setup.
