I'm sorry, but Debian is a non-profit project maintained by
volunteers. We would definitely welcome your help maintaining the wiki
when you have time though.
I'm not aware of any of the involved interfaces. Therefore, if I were to make stretch working with iPhone with iOS 11, I'd assume that I'd need documentation on the interfaces (which might be proprietary in case of iOS 11) and about one full-time week.
