Why this change?
Why did you use the English word "command", rather than the Polish word "polecenie", which seems to be used in many other strings as the
translation of the English "command"?
I see that you did similar changes in many strings, where you restored
the original English words, dropping the Polish translations.

Why?
In the online help, words within "<" and ">" are placeholders that the
user will replace with the actual values he/she wants.
For instance "<severities>" will not be typed literally by the user,
but will be replaced by a suitable list of severities (or the word
"all"). Hence, I would say that a user who prefers to see program
output in Polish, would like to see the online help with the
placeholders explained in Polish.
Do you agree?

The plural form refers to the number of packages here, not to the
number of users the message is directed to...
Moreover, the translation looks outdated: "lub wstrzymany" used to be a translation of "or on hold", which is no longer present in the English message...
