Hello everyone,

I just pushed version 4.6.1.0 of the Debian Policy Manual and related
documents to sid. Below you will find the significant normative changes
from the previously announced release of Policy (4.6.0).

The formal upgrading checklist is short, but it has been eight months
since we had a release, so I thought the accumulated changes and fixes
ought to go out. Many thanks to those who worked on them.

Restore permission for packages for non-64-bit architectures to install
files to ``/usr/lib64/``.

9.7.2 & 9.7.3
The text of these sections has been updated to reflect the package split
of bin:mime-support into bin:media-types and bin:mailcap.
