Hi,

I'd like to share a tool I wrote recently to plot popcon statistics. The main idea is to analyze the installation numbers relative to a "reference" package instead of the absolute values.

The script can be found at https://salsa.debian.org/danilov/popcon-plot. It is implemented in racket language and it needs only the `racket` package to be installed in order to run.

Hope it will be useful for someone else as well.
