I've just uploaded the new version of squeekboard to experimental, built using serde-yaml 0.9.

IIUC that was the last blocker, so feel free to upload to unstable whenever you see fit.

It looks like at least one new rdep has popped up, and it's a binary crate, so it this is
done now it will entangle itself with the time_t transition.

Will take a closer look when the time_t transition is over.
