Last maintainer upload in 2019, orphaned since 2019, 6.x is "we don't support anymore" per an upstream 2021 comment in https://github.com/sopel- irc/sopel/issues/2022

From the Orphaning email: "I also couldn't find a good reason to use this instead of
more established codebase like Limnoria, which are seeing way more
development and third-party packages.

There is also an RC bug https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=943405 which doesn't make much sense to me and seems to be debunked by the upstream in https://github.com/sopel-irc/sopel/issues/2022 but meh.
