    ------------------- Reason -------------------
    3.12
    ----------------------------------------------

The python3.10 removal accidentally caused the removal of 'and', too,
most likely because of the non-standard subject line that got misparsed.
(Hint: Using reportbug would have helped to get that formatted correctly.)

    Andreas

PS: I've just NMUed 'and' back into sid, waiting in NEW.
PPS: I noticed this unwanted removal by chance when looking for the
python3.10 removal bug to reference that when closing the leftover bugs
    from python3.10.
PPPS: I have no interest at all in 'and'
