For example in my case gsd-rfkill was necessary for enabling the
Bluetooth settings in gnome-control-center. It is also provided by /usr/lib/systemd/user/gnome-session@gnome-flashback-metacity.target.d
(for xmonad 0.17.1-1 in Debian bookworm).
