Version: 2.8.1-3.1
Debian nut-server package does not have fully systemd support,
thus upsd(8) output the following message when starting from systemd:

Mar 03 20:04:33 hostname nut-server[1648]: 0.009268 upsnotify: failed to notify about state 2: no notification tech defined, will not spam more about it
```
Please add `Build-Depends: libsystemd-dev [linux-any]` to the `debian/control` and add the following snipet to the `debian/rules`.

DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS+=--with-libsystemd
else
DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS+=--without-libsystemd
