• Bug#1064353: postsrsd: fails to install with sysvinit-core

From Michal Mauser@21:1/5 to All on Tue Feb 20 18:30:01 2024
    Package: postsrsd
    Version: 1.10-2+b1
    Severity: important

    Dear Maintainer,

we are trying to install new KVM virtual machines with Debian 12 and
here is what happens after reboot with sysvinit and apt install:

    postsrsd: Generating initial /etc/postsrsd.secret
Starting Postfix Sender Rewriting Scheme daemon: postsrsdpostsrsd:
    Cannot write PID: /var/run/postsrsd.pid

    failed!
invoke-rc.d: initscript postsrsd, action "start" failed.

Looks like some issue with Apparmor. It works with systemd.
