Please remove the freedict-swa-eng source and dict-freedict-swa-eng binary packages. All other currently maintained dict-* packages are build from one source package. The freedict-swa-eng package was part of a stalled attempt of splitting the source. It has been sitting in experimental since about 2007, never made it to unstable/testing/stable.
