I believe I have fixed all the blocking issues to update tracker and tracker-miners in Unstable except for its failing autopkgtest. Its
autopkgtest has apparently been failing since at least 3.5.3.

I am confused because the autopkgtest appears to be nearly identical
to what is run during the build by dh_auto_test which does pass.
