The Breaks: makes apt to search for a libqt5core5a >= 5.15.10+dfsg-7.1 but it will never exist as long as the package is not FIRST replaced by the t64 version.
Removing the Breaks: make it installable and the provides expose the libqt5core5a
as present.
It has been stuck for 5 days already and I do not think this is due to the transition
(except many package are uninstalable due to various error in control files).
