[ Filled as an RC-bug by the maintainer to see the package auto-removed
from testing. ]

I packaged php-sql-formatter as used by php-doctrine-bundle, but php-doctrine-bundle got removed a while ago from testing (cf. #996108)
and unstable (cf. #1036726). There is a priori little point to ship php-sql-formatter in the next (or current TBH) stable Debian release.

I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
