We can fix it changing the /etc/apache2/mods-available/netcgi_apache.load
Simply changing the first line
LoadModule netcgi_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_netcgi_apache.so
(netcgi_module instead of netcgi_apache_module)

However, I had a new error:
[Sat Feb 17 05:05:36 2024] [Netcgi_apache_mod] error loading shared library: Sys_error("/usr/lib/ocaml/netcgi2-apache/netcgi_apache.cma: No such file or directory")
Curiously the netcgi_apache.load has the line
NetcgiRequire netcgi2-apache
And it search a netcgi_apache.cma file.
