• Bug#1063924: libnetplan1 has an undeclared file conflict on /usr/lib/x8

    From Helmut Grohne@21:1/5 to All on Wed Feb 14 22:40:01 2024
    Package: libnetplan1
    Version: 0.107.1-3+exp1
    Severity: serious
    User: debian-qa@lists.debian.org
    Usertags: fileconflict
    Control: affects -1 + libnetplan0
    X-Debbugs-Cc: Lukas Märdian <slyon@debian.org>, vorlon@debian.org

    libnetplan1 has an undeclared file conflict. This may result in an
    unpack error from dpkg.

    The file /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnetplan.so.0.0 is contained in the packages
    * libnetplan0
    * 0.101-4 as present in bullseye
    * 0.106-2+deb12u1 as present in bookworm
    * 0.107.1-3 as present in trixie|unstable
    * libnetplan1/0.107.1-3+exp1 as present in experimental

    These packages can be unpacked concurrently, because there is no
    relevant Replaces or Conflicts relation. Attempting to unpack these
    packages concurrently results in an unpack error from dpkg, because none
    of the packages installs a diversion for the affected file.

    Kind regards
