The torbrowser-launcher package in Debian is still on the outdated 0.3.6 version that has multiple problems and does not work properly because of the download URL change, AppArmor rules change and other things that were fixed in 0.3.7. Please, update the
package to the latest 0.3.7 version in Debian.
