    Justification: Debian policy section 10.1

    zfsutils-linux declares Conflicts with nordugrid-arc-client, because
    both provide /usr/bin/arcstat. This conflict is in violation of Debian
    policy 10.1:

    | Two different packages must not install programs with different
    | functionality but with the same filenames.

    The name arcstat is currently owned by nordugrid-arc-client and cannot
    be taken over by zfsutils-linux simply by declaring a conflict.
