Something weird happened after the package rename:

/usr/share/doc/libeegdev0/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/share/doc/libeegdev0/changelog.gz

Are now shipped by libeegdev-dev and libeegdev0t64 while they should be
in none of these packages.
