• Bug#1061604: cctbx: autopkgtest regression

From Graham Inggs@21:1/5 to All on Sat Jan 27 09:10:01 2024
    Source: cctbx
    Version: 2023.12+ds2+~3.17.0+ds1-3
    Severity: serious
    User: debian-ci@lists.debian.org
    Usertags: regression

    Hi Maintainer

The cctbx's autopkgtest are failing [1], preventing migration. I've
copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.

I suspect there are missing (test) dependencies. Previously, gcc was
pulled in as a dependency through python3-pythran, through
python3-scipy. This is currently not the case.

    Regards
    Graham
