    you mean https://salsa.debian.org/debian-listmasters/spamassassin_config/commit/5c59e47ba8d9f6c8540fb90b3c0cdd73205fb693
    ?

And the moderators (that don't exist) have nothing to do with anti spam measures on lists.debian.org. You can send patches and/or pull-requests at
any time to our anti spam methods.

This is a cryptographically signed message in MIME format.

    Dave,

I suggest you offer your help directly to the EXIM or POSTFIX people,
or whatever email configuration you are going to use.

IMHO the Debian list is the wrong place to start, because the Debian
people are not the decision party, when it comes to additional anti spam measures in email systems.

Each of the above MTA communities provide for a special mailing list.
I guess contributions which improve the over all spam capabilities
of these packages are always welcome.

However, whatever you intend to do to fight spam, make sure your method conforms the local law requirements. Taken e.g. the European Privacy Regulation, it's very hard to keep the very restrictive specifications.

You can also help us by bouncing (as in mutt) spam to report-listspam@lists.debian.org

    this address exists for years.

You should be aware that spammers try to create mails that aren't catched by anyone's spam filters, and they sometimes succeed. Otherwise, there was no
    spam problem at all.
