    Do you mean that you wish to put IP addresses 192.168.1.3 and
    192.168.1.20 on one interface and then have named and an MTA (which
    one? Exim?) listen on each one, respectively?

    If so, show us the output of:

    $ ip address show

    so we can see you've done that.

    I created a Virtual and input static IP as 20, But can't set local
    dns for 192.168.1.3

    What exactly does "can't set local dns for 192.168.1.3" mean? What
    exactly did you type / try to do? What did you expect to happen?
    What actually happened?

    Cheers,
    Andy

    yes.

    But why MTA? I need to practivce my MTA, postfix, dovecot2 and mysql.

    Then I want to use dns 192.168.1.3 in my MUA.

    where does your MUA run?
