Hi again Fred,
Some questions about the configuration of the new locale in DDTP.
Currently, I've set up the config with default values:
number of reviewers to approve a translation: 3
minimum number of untranslated descriptions (not sure what this one does): 1
require translators/reviewers to be registered: yes
Would you like me to change some of these settings?
Also, I set your account as admin, so you should now have access to more
user info and you will be able to set team messages once pt_AO has been created.

dear DDTP admins,
what is the procedure to create pt_AO (portuguese from Angola) in DDTP?
Sending this message was the first step. :)
I've created https://salsa.debian.org/l10n-team/ddtp/-/issues/9 to track the locale creation.
I've never done this before, so I'm not sure of the exact procedure, but
it shouldn't be that complicated (famous last words).

Please, change this to 1. We are planning to copy the translations
from pt_BR and paste in pt_AO, then make a few adaptations to comply
with the angolan way to speak portuguese. so, one reviewer should be
ok in that situation.
Done.
Please let me know if I can help with the copy.
Maybe when a pt_AO contributor fetches a new translation, the pt_BR translation could also be provided to be more easily copied and adapted.
[…]
I will ask to you change this. I´m a pt_BR guy. I asked the pt_AO guy
his login name. waiting response.
Actually, this setting is global (there is no per-team status), so I can leave you global admin anyway for your work in the pt_BR team.
Kind regards,
Thomas
