Hi,

Is there currently a Vietnamese Language Team? I have a translation
with an unclear copyright statement, but I can neither reach the
language team given in the translation nor the translator.

You can find the debian-lists on https://lists.debian.org/i18n.html,
but I'm not aware of a (more general) overview.

Not all the languages are listed there but many are, and IMHO all the languages with Debian user/translation teams should be (contributions welcome).
