• why does python3-dulwich depend on python3-dbg?

Can someone explain why python3-dulwich newly depends on python3-dbg? This seems counter-intuitive to me for a package for a production module to
    depend on a debug interpreter.

    Thanks...Marvin

    See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1019278

The package has had a build-dependency on python3-all-dbg for some
5 years or more - now waiting for an upload to unstable.

    Thanks. I upgraded from 0.20.44-1+b1 (arm64) to 0.20.46-1 and
python3-dbg was newly brought in. This is a binary depends, not a
build-dep. Glad to see that it has already been taken care of.
