• App. Launcher mishap {Plasma 5}

    Trying to compensate for the severe shortfalls
    in kde5 I put an AppsMenu widget on my left vertical
    panel to replace what should still be available
    BUT NO LONGER IS i.e. the old QuickAccess thingie.

    Thinking that the AppsMenu widget could also be
    used for other progs like my own scripts I placed
    an extra one on the panel. But the mods which began
    with deleting what was there by default are now in effect
    and every instance of AppsMenu launcher is useless.

    How can I recover the stock default without manually
    rebuilding the whole thing, so that in the absence
    of other options I might at least incorporate MY
    script launchers in one of those?

    - right click panel icon of App-Menu now mangled
    - Edit Applications
    - Menu Edit > Restotre to System Menu
