• Uninstall Windows?

From RonTheGuy@21:1/5 to All on Tue Oct 20 15:54:32 2020
Was considering buying a used PC. Booted from a USB drive prepared by the seller, then installed Windows 10 but did not activate it. Decided not to buy the PC. The Windows installation is personalized for me; how do I remove my personalization or the Windows install? I don’t want someone else
activating that Windows install as me.

Ron, the humblest guy in town.

Windows must not be running to be able to overwrite all its contents, so
boot with an external USB stick (it might even run Windows too), format the windows partition to clear its directory map (remember formating does not
clear data) and use a tool like h2test2.exe which fills up the disk with
    data until disk füll encountered.

I don't think Ron will be waiting 3 years for an answer ...
