You still haven't said why it is a problem.

No. I'm just asking what the problem is - if there is one.

Your response needs to be put in the form of a question. You need to say:

Am I just asking what the problem is?
    Is there one?

    Do you agree?

No. A statement was called for to answer your question.

My responses to Hongy were questions.

I still don't know what the "problem" is - or even whether it is a problem.

To Hongy: Does it (the response) affect your program? Can't you just
    ignore it?

Me too. I just see this info and still can't figure out the culprit.

To Hongy: Does it (the response) affect your program? Can't you just
    ignore it?

It doesn't seem to have any practical impact, just annoying.

Something that produces that message is being invoked by some script
    that's invoked when you login.

Try temporarily adding "set -x" to your .bashrc and/or .bash_profile
and/or any other startup scripts, so theyt will show commands as they're executed, then look through the resulting output (which is likely to be
    quite verbose) for that message.

This is the GOP's problem. When you're at the beginning of the year
and you've got nine Democrats running for the nomination, maybe one or
two of them are Dennis Kucinich. When you have nine Republicans, seven
or eight of them are Michelle Bachmann.

You're probably in the wrong group for that. RTNETLINK refers to the
Linux networking system. It's not a Unix shell problem. The message is
caused by a mis-configuration of Linux networking. So you'd be better
off asking in a Linux or networking newsgroup.

Even better would be to do a quick Google search for that error message.
It is very common and there are lots of hints and tutorials already
    available all over the web.

I find the solution from <https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/100588/using-ip-addr-instead-of-ifconfig-reports-rtnetlink-answers-file-exists-on-de>:

RNETLINK answers: File exists happens when you're trying to add a rule that conflicts with an existing rule. I would guess that OP was encountering this because they had already set the address with ifconfig. This error can usually be resolved by
converting the add command to a similarly structured change or replace command.

It's much safer to use ip addr change or ip addr replace instead.
