Well, I can give yuo only some general advice.
Does it work with a live CD of, say, Debian Linux? If it
does, check which driver is used, and write it down.
Probe your hardware with hw-probe:
https://www.freshports.org/sysutils/hw-probe/
https://bsd-hardware.info/?view=howto
and refer to that data wherver you will be asking for help
or submitting incidents.
Try the official FreeBSD community.
If you manage to localise the issue, file submit a bug-
report to:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/
