  • Installing an "obsolete" pkg - S11.4

    One of the packages made obsolete (they have warned it would happen
    eventually) was SUN dhcp.

    I was hoping I could set the lock facet and force it back in.

    I re-added my S11.3 publisher and checked I could see the pkgs

    Then ran

    pkg change-facet facet.version-lock.solaris/service/network/dhcp=false

    But when I run

    pkg install pkg://solaris/service/network/dhcp

    I get

    No updates necessary for this image
    Or, if I try to force to the last version
