Does anyone have any samples of ReGIS or Sixel graphics?

I've found a few samples of ReGIS graphics and a handful of sample Sixel >graphic online.

I'm experimenting with Xterm's ability to display graphics and would be
very interested in any real world samples that people might have and
    willing to share.

Have you looked in the various manuals for the DEC GIGI and other
    ReGIS/Sixel capable terminals?

No, I have not. I don't even have copies of such. I'll have to search
    online for them.

Thank you for titles / categories to start searching for. :-)

Start here; I generally try to link each terminal back to any known documentation.

    <http://terminals-wiki.org/wiki/index.php/Category:ReGIS> <http://terminals-wiki.org/wiki/index.php/Category:Sixel>

    While writing this post, I see that I hadn't created a Sixel category;
I think only one or two DEC models implemented that, whereas some other manufacturers offered ReGIS compatibility.

I've added the Sixel category and am in the process of categorizing
    terminals that supported it.

Googling around, I found this page on Wikipedia: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixel> that links to this article: <http://www.digiater.nl/openvms/decus/vax90b1/krypton-nasa/all-about-sixels.text>
which gives some example Sixel images.

GNUPlot can plot using Regis, I found this useful when testing a
    terminal a while ago:
    http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/docs_4.2/node418.html

Also around the same time I found libsixel and PySixel which effectively convert from an image (eg jpg) to sixel format, and works/tested with
xterm. Apparently libsixel supports animated gifs too although I have
    not tried that:

    *nod*

I've done a few plots with GNUPlot.

My ignorance of how to use GNUPlot is a limiting factor for me. My
ignorance is based on lack of personal need for GNUPlot.

I can confirm that animation does work. I've watched a few animated
    .gif files via img2sixel.

I've also gotten mplayer (?) to download YouTube videos and play them
via Sixel previously. Though the last time I tried it (on a different
system) I wasn't able to get mplayer to download, something about lack
of SSL / TLS support which YouTube now requires.
