ITUGLIB Update: OpenSSL 3.2.0 **UNAVAILABLE**

Hi Everyone,
The OpenSSL 3.2.0 release came out today. While it builds on NonStop, there is a showstopper defect in it that causes immediate hangs in most situations. Do not use this release as it appears in the OpenSSL repository. The 3.2.1 release will have a fix
for this situation. ITUGLIB will not be shipping this release but will wait for 3.2.1. If you want to try the 3.2.0-beta1 release, you can do that, but do not use it for production situations - the beta1 release does not have this defect.
If you do need this release, please contact me and we can make arrangements to back-port the fix into 3.2.0.
Note that as of 3.2.0, we are dropping all support for SPT builds, including the configuration specifications. If you need OpenSSL 3.x to run in SPT, use 3.0 or 3.1, which are supported for the next few years. Or, you can move to PUT, which will continue
to be supported.
Also note that as of 3.2, FLOSS is no longer a dependency for OpenSSL for any builds.
