Hi Everyone,This issue has been going on for about five days.
The ITUGLIB system in Texas has been experiencing weather-related power issues and rolling blackouts as a result of insufficient grid capacity. Our NonStop system is currently in protective shutdown until power can be reliably restored to our facility.
We ask for your patience as this situation is outside our control. Currently, there is no solid ETA one when power will be reliably restored to millions of people in the state.

There has been some progress getting power restored but no official ETA from the power company. We are hoping for more information before Saturday 20 Feb 2021 when we will provide another

As of today, 19 Feb 2021, power is still questionable at our site. There are another set of very cold weather events expected. We expect to be unable to obtain a definitive ETA before Monday. If this changes, I will post an update. Your continuingpatience is appreciated. - Randall
