Is there a way to natively limit the number of concurrent connections an external entity can attain without resorting to running an F5 or some other blackbox app on or off the NSK?
We have a partner that runs nightly batch requests and completely slams our production system. They refuse to throttle their batches. It is resulting in our HTTPD spinning up to the max on the iTP they are accessing. Causing lots of problems and
need to find a way to stop this.
