  • Looking for MPW IIGS Tools versions 1.0 and 1.1

    APW C 1.0 supplied by Antoine here https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.sys.apple2.programmer/Yyb3arJSTnY helped me achieve 99% of my reverse engineering task to reconstruct the Apple IIGS C source code of the game 'Dungeon Master'. Recently I
    got confirmation from the original developer that the game was in fact developed on Macintosh using MPW IIGS cross-development tools at the same time they were being developed by Apple. He participated in the beta program and used pre-release versions
    along the way.
    Using the MPW IIGS C Compiler version 1.0, my source code now generates machine code identical to the original executables. However I still get different executable files because the LinkIIGS linker versions in my possession (1.2 and 1.3 on MPW / 1.1d4
    on APW - all 3 produce the same executables) are not those that were used back then. I know I need two different linker versions because of significant differences between executables of the game demo and of the final game.

    So now I am looking for early versions of MPW IIGS Tools 1.0 and 1.1 (or even pre-release versions) to get older LinkIIGS versions. There might also be a useful linker version in 'APW Tools and Interfaces' version 1.0 (I have version 1.1 which contains
    LinkIIGS 1.1d4). I would also like to find earlier versions of the C library, so any early release of MPW IIGS C compiler would be welcome too.

    I have found two online sources for the "MPW IIGS" cross-development solution to build Apple IIGS programs on Macintosh (made of four packages: Tools, Assembler, C, Pascal):

    However this is not the version I am looking for so now I know I need version 1.0 (or any prerelease version). If anyone has this relic hidden somewhere, I'm still looking for it.
