there are some Model M keyboards with a trackpoint that only have 2

Is it possible to do a middle mouse click by pressing both of them at
the same time? Some laptops support that.
If not, how can the middle mouse button be pressed?

I don't have such a keyboard (only normal 1391403), but I am interested.
