    Anybody know of a site that has binaries for HPUX machines 9000/712 for Emacs, GCC etc?

    not that I know... but you could start building these things
    yourself. gcc-2.7.2.3 should build with the included K&R cc.
    Then go on from there.

    Back when I ran an HP Visualize, I could find packages here: ftp://hpux.connect.org.uk/hpux/

    The site still exists and, hopefully, something there may be useful.
