I have various errors in both
/var/opt/sfm/log/sfm.log
and
/var/opt/psb/db/pgsql/psbdb.log
Tried to reinstall the SysFaultMgmt without success
(swinstall was succesfull, error remained :) )
swinstall -x autoreboot=true -s server:/unix/hpux/hpuxmar2012/dvd1 SysFaultMgmt
I've also tried to reconfigure it:
swconfig -x reconfigure=true -x autoselect_dependencies=false -x enforce_dependencies=false ProviderSvcsBase
Again - no luck.
Any input is appreciated.

What is the error in # more /var/opt/sfm/log/sfm.log ? It will point out what is the exact issue.
