• New phone in hand

From Thomas E.@21:1/5 to All on Sat Sep 17 13:45:06 2022
I went to the Apple Store today to look at the iPhone 13 and actually purchased the 256 GB 14 Pro. That camera is something else. And, when I replaced the SE 2 on Verizon they included 5G service at no extra cost.

Adios Nikon D3200. I'll miss you. You took some great pictures.

Was it crowded and annoying or could you just walk in an buy one without waiting?

It was crowded, but there were 2 lines. I was there a few minutes after opening. The longest was to pick up orders, and it dwindled quickly. I waited about 15 minutes to see a "team member" but finally called the gatekeeper over and asked if I could just
go in to look at the iPhone 13. Go right in, she said. I was hands on for about 15 minutes, snapping pictures and a few short videos, comparing the 13/14 to my SE2, when an employee asked if I needed help. He answered a few questions and asked if I
wanted to buy anything. By then the line I was in had vanished. From there I was out the door in about 30 minutes with the 14 Pro and the SE2 erased and traded. Then of course, the real work started, signing in to all my apps requiring a logon.

Really? Which one? I just filled in all the items to order a 256gb Pro off the Apple Store and am told I can pick it up in 2 hours at the local store.

Ignore my last post. I went back to the site, refreshed the screen, and now it's saying Oct. 20. You are correct, sir.

Yeah, that's pretty annoying. I have an iPhone 12 Pro but it's locked to my ex-GF's iTunes account and the bitch won't unlock it. That's what I get for playing Captain Save a Hoe! LOL I guess waiting is fine, at least they'll fix that jiggle camera
problem as it's physically breaking the camera lens.

It's already fixed, at least Apple says so. Update was yesterday.
