• Help with Amiga Forever

From Bernie Cosell@21:1/5 to All on Mon Apr 9 20:13:29 2018
I have AmigaForever loaded onto my PC and it is really quite amazing (and
works very well!). But I'm having a problem that perhaps someone could
help me with. AF allows you to burn a bootable DVD. And indeed, that functionality works perfectly (and is exactly what I need!)... BUT.. when
you build the image is says it is including the games directory, but when I boot to the image it gets me to Workbench and I cannot find a way to -find-
the Games directory. Anyone know how that works? -- I'd really like to
get the bootable disk to include all the games. Thanks!

    Hi Bernie,

Stretching my memory a bit here but is there a tick box in the requester for burning the DVD image that you need to select to tell it to add the actual Games to the image?

Or have you already done that?

    8-)

} Stretching my memory a bit here but is there a tick box in the requester for } burning the DVD image that you need to select to tell it to add the actual

    }

I think I did that -- in the burnt-requester, there are a bunch of
checkboxes and "games" is checked. The files are there! The boot disk:

    3/22/2018 06:40 AM <DIR> Amiga Files
    2/24/2012 03:53 PM 449,408 AutoRun.exe
    8/23/2011 05:51 AM 349 AutoRun.inf
    3/22/2018 06:39 AM <DIR> Private
    3/22/2018 06:39 AM <DIR> boot

The Amiga Files directory has what I would've hoped

    Directory of H:\Amiga Files

    03/22/2018 06:40 AM <DIR> .
    03/22/2018 06:39 AM <DIR> ..
    03/22/2018 06:39 AM <DIR> Demoscene
    03/22/2018 06:39 AM <DIR> Games
    06/19/2014 04:26 AM 1,760 ReadMe.txt
    03/22/2018 06:40 AM <DIR> Shared
    03/22/2018 06:39 AM <DIR> Systems
    03/22/2018 06:40 AM <DIR> WinFellow
    03/22/2018 06:40 AM <DIR> WinUAE

But I can't figure out how to get to it from WorkBench - there must be a
way, but I haven't found it yet.
