My timer module has been updated by David Thomas to provide compatibility
with emulated (and real) ARM2 machines. Thanks to David for also fixing
the appalling spelling in the source code.

TimerMod provides SWIs and *commands for timing to microsecond accuracy.
Uses the IOC/IOMD timer on old machines, and new HAL features on RISC OS 5 machines.

My timer module has been kindly updated by David Thomas with the following changes:-

- Fixed issuing *TimedOS within *TimedOS causing a crash
- Fixed "*Quite" etc. working as if *Quit within *TimedOS
- Added copyright to the module help string
