RCI announced its 4te2 computer a few months back (although they have been shipping to customers since early 2022), so we won't go into too much
detail here. You can find info at http://www.riscoscomputers.co.uk/

As a recap, it's a lovely, sturdy Pi4-based computer with special software
for controlling its many features. It includes our dual drive turbo architecture for enhanced disc performance, with SSD (solid state disc), SSD-powered Linux if you desire it, front USBs and more.

The machines have been flying off the shelf, in and out of stock since
launch, with each week's stock selling out almost before the components
have arrived! Fortunately the next back of parts arrived this morning, so we've delayed travelling to the show to build more stock.

So, we're pleased to announce that despite selling out in Holland, we
*will* have units for Wakefield-in-Bradford. Phew!

The 4te2 packs a lot of value into its 250ukp inc VAT price, and we're
excited to share the machine with you at the show.


We'll also be offering a limited run "Junior" edition, which simplifies
the 4te2 system down to just a single 128GB RISC OS drive. Linux can be
run via the front SD card slot, if required. Software-wise, you'll still
get our 4teTools software, which includes the hardware support for
soft-power and fan controls, overclocking and so on. However, we're
pairing back the rest of the software to help hit the popular 199ukp inc
VAT price. We don't expect these to last long!
