I have written a new small and in the moment really useless application
called MakeMJPEG. MakeMJPEG is simply creating MJPEG movies in the format of the stream variant.

MakeMJPEG needs the frame data of which the movie will be created delivered
by other applications. It makes usage of a homebrewn protocol of Wimp
messages to do so. The protocol is described inside the help.

The generated movie can be converted into other movie formats e.g. by using FFMPEG.

MakeMJPEG is quite useless in the moment as there has been no application released yet which supports the protocol to deliver the frames.

However this will change during the next days ;-).
