I found two bugs inside my FileAccess module.
One of it affected the security of access to files.
So I corrected the bugs and after a while of testing
I have released the new version 0.13 on my homepage

FileAccess controls access to files and logs the access if desired into a protocol and if configured accordingly rejects access. Several users can be defined and access rights to files/directories (read/write/execution) can be defined for every user separately.
FileAccess is quite slow and I am sure there are ways to kick it out but it
may offer a simple protection.
Manual is still in German. Only the part with the commands has been
translated into English.
